About Preserved Flowers

Real flowers, preserved at their most beautiful

Preserved flowers are real, natural blooms. After harvest, each flower is gently dehydrated and decolorized, then infused with glycerin and food-grade dyes that replace its natural moisture and set its color.

The result keeps the soft touch and natural petal texture of a fresh flower, with a shape and color very close to the living bloom. They need no water and no daily care.

How long do they last?

With proper care, Maraki preserved flowers stay beautiful for up to 3 years. Their lifespan depends on the environment: keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat.

Are they safe?

The preservation process uses glycerin and food-grade dyes. Preserved flowers are for decoration only and should be kept away from small children and pets.

Do they have a scent?

Preservation removes a flower's natural fragrance, so our pieces are unscented.
