Free shipping on every order. Every Maraki piece is handcrafted in our atelier in Kunming, Yunnan, and ships directly to you by tracked international express.

- Delivery: 5–8 business days after shipping
- Express upgrade: available at checkout for $15
Duties included. All prices include import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Holiday orders. For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and other holidays, please order early. We publish order-by dates before each holiday.
Arrives-Perfect Guarantee
Each piece is secured and cushioned by hand to protect every petal on its journey. If your piece arrives damaged or incomplete, email photos of the piece and its packaging to maraki060606@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns
Because every piece is handcrafted and delicate, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom and personalized orders are final sale. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
