Where should I display it?
Anywhere indoors that's dry and out of direct sunlight, like a console, dining table, sideboard, or shelf. Soft, indirect light brings out the colors best.
Can I put it in a bathroom or kitchen?
We don't recommend it. Steam and humidity soften the petals and can cause drooping or spotting. Living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and home offices are ideal.
Does it need water or any care?
No water, ever, and no trimming. Just keep it away from direct sun and moisture, and dust it gently every so often.
How long will it last?
With that simple care, it will stay beautiful for a year.
Will the colors change over time?
Yes, slowly and gently. These are real flowers, so their colors naturally soften over time. That's part of their character, not a defect. Keeping them out of direct sun slows the change.
Is a sunny window or a spot near the fireplace okay?
It's best to avoid both. Strong sunlight fades the colors faster, and heat from a fireplace, radiator, or air vent dries out the petals. A few feet away is fine.
How do I dust it?
Use a soft makeup brush, or a hair dryer on the cool, low setting held about a foot away. Try not to touch or squeeze the petals.
Can I move it?
Of course. For pieces that come with a vase, lift it by the base of the vase, never by the flowers.
Can I add water or display it outdoors?
Please don't. The flowers are made for indoor display, and water, rain, or strong sun will damage them. It's ready to enjoy just as it arrives.
